You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Your email address is the account identifier for email/password accounts. Google sign-in may also be available.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from a security failure for which you are not responsible.

Public preview audio is provided for listening only. Full digital files are made available only when a valid purchase or other entitlement has been recorded for the account.

A digital purchase grants a personal licence/access right to the purchased release; it does not transfer copyright. If you later close the website account and subsequently create a new verified account using the same email address, eligible prior digital purchase entitlements may be restored.

Download links may be temporary and may be reissued through the account library while the entitlement remains active.

Prices, currency, availability and product details shown at checkout apply to that transaction. Payment processing is provided by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider.

Pleasers Club is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown before checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid billing period, Club access remains available until that period ends and no further renewal should be charged after the effective cancellation date.

Physical products are offered only when shipping, stock and fulfilment information has been confirmed.

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the product, customer location and applicable law. Before launch, the store must publish the final refund/download policy required for the markets it serves.

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Music, recordings, photographs, artwork, logos, text and other site material are protected by copyright and other rights belonging to their respective owners or licensors.

A purchase grants personal access to the purchased copy; it does not transfer copyright or grant permission to redistribute, upload, resell or commercially exploit the files.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another user’s downloads, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, or use the site unlawfully.

Features, catalogue items and availability may change. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

If you request website-account deletion while a paid Pleasers Club period is active, the membership may be scheduled to cancel at the end of that paid period and account closure may be completed afterwards so that paid access is not removed prematurely.

Questions can be sent through the website contact page. The final production version must identify the responsible seller/operator and include any legally required address, refund, tax and jurisdiction information.
