PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, account credentials, account role, consent records, order and download history, support messages, and technical data needed to operate and secure the site.
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the Google account identifier (sub), verified email address and basic profile information that Google provides for sign-in.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide purchases and downloads, process orders, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, maintain records and operate the website.
Promotional email is separate from account and order email. We will use marketing consent records only when promotional/newsletter sending is enabled.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The website does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe may process payment, fraud-prevention and transaction information under its own privacy terms.
4. Hosting, database and files
The service may use Render for application hosting and PostgreSQL data, Cloudflare R2 for media and purchased digital files, and an email provider for verification, password-reset and other transactional messages.
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own where necessary to provide the service.
5. Cookies and authentication
We use strictly necessary authentication cookies or equivalent secure session technologies to keep you signed in and protect account access. Google sign-in may also use Google Identity Services.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for account administration, purchases, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. If an account is closed, profile/authentication data may be deleted or anonymized while transaction records and a minimal purchase-restoration record may be retained where needed to preserve legitimate digital purchase rights, accounting records, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
We use access controls, encrypted connections and provider security features, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of account information where applicable. You can withdraw optional marketing consent without affecting necessary account, security or order messages.
Use the website contact page for privacy requests. Identity verification may be required before sensitive requests are completed.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
